Top 10 Issues w/ Polygamy

Top 17 Issues w/ Doctrine and Covenants 132

I believe there are inspired aspects of The Church of Jesus Christ, but I also see evidences of human error, which is harmony of The Church's view of prophets being subject to human imperfection while still being inspired of God. Here is my latest opinion about some of the imperfections, specifically relating to polygamy, and more specifically, to D&C 132: 1. Clear connection between The New and Everlasting Covenant of Marriage (which is said to be required for exaltation) and plural marriage (vs 1-7, 28-37) 2. Audacious that God claim that Joseph has the power, and the only one - to seal (vs 7) 3. Bold to have God say Joseph was the literal seed of Abraham (vs 30) 4. Comparing the parable of "thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make you a RULER (domineering language) over many things" to plural marriage is abhorrent (vs 44, 53) 5. God giving Joseph power to remit sins (only Jesus can) is blasphemous (vs 46) 6. Questionable that God, in this ...
