In the wake of this 2020 year, we have truly had time (Covid forcing us to slow down) to try to have more 20/20 vision about racial injustice. With the George Floyd incident and many others providing additional jolts to our attention, combined with the protests breaking out throughout the nation and the world, I feel heartbroken and have shed tears off and on as I have learned more about the terrible racial injustices that have occurred in our history as a nation. As we all know, in order to eliminate oppression and injustice of any kind, we all need to show with our actions that we are equally outraged when any of us is treated unfairly.
